How can i find out where my order is after it is processed?
All orders processed through Coco Rose use Australia Post’s (or relevant courier’s) tracking system. You will be provided with a tracking code in which you can track via their website
Can i pay a deposit on my order and pay the rest later?
Coco Rose Interiors are unable to take deposits. We have partnered with Afterpay to enable our customers to purchase their item without paying the whole amount upfront and have it delivered to their home.
How does Afterpay work?
Afterpay is fully integrated with Coco Rose Interior’s checkout. All you need to do is choose Afterpay as your payment option when you’re ready to buy. Afterpay splits your payments over four equal installments due every fortnight. Nominate the debit card or credit card you want to use and Afterpay schedule automatic payments for you.
Why doesn’t my item have free delivery?
There are two possible reasons for this.
Your item may be oversized, in which Coco Rose Interiors need to use couriers instead of Australia Post to deliver your item. Unfortunately we are unable to absorb our courier companies’ extra fees. We use a variety of couriers in order to maintain these shipping fees as low as possible for our customers.
Also, your postcode may be zoned outside of the shipping company’s common routes of delivery. These are set by the courier companies and are sometimes subject to extra delivery charges. If you feel you do not fit into either category listed above, please send us a query via the contact page for assistance.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we are located in the Redlands area of Brisbane and are able to offer local pickup. Please send an enquiry via our contact us page for further information.
How long will my order take to deliver if i pre-order an item?
All pre-order items will display an estimated time of delivery at time of purchase. This is the estimated time of Coco Rose’s next shipment of stock and is given as a guide only. These timeframes may change due to factors outside of Coco Rose Interior’s control. In these instances Coco Rose Interiors will contact any affected customers and notify them of the delay. If you have not been contacted and it is past your notified date, please make contact with us so we can attend to your enquiry.
I want to order more than one item but one of my items is pre-purchased, do i have to wait for my pre-order to receive everything?
No you won’t have to wait for the whole order. We will send any items ordered that are in stock within standard Australia Post delivery times. We will send your pre-ordered item separately once it arrives in stock.
Orders from Northern Territory
Unfortunately, Coco Rose Interiors is unable to offer free shipping to the Northern Territory for any products in our range. Customers from the Northern Territory may still purchase our items but will incur a further shipping charge. We have endeavoured to keep these fees as low as possible. Items weighing up to 1kg $15 extra, 1-3kgs $30 extra, 3-6kgs $60 extra. Any items that weigh 6kgs+ will be changed at $10 per kilograms.
