We use third party couriers to ship our products as safely and quickly as possible, in which timeframes are set with these vendors. Our customers will receive a tracking number with their order confirmation to maintain up to date information on the progress of their delivery.
Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option.
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with the courier company directly. Coco Rose Interiors is not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.cocoroseinteriors.com.au. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.
PRODUCT DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT
Our customers understand that while we take great care in our packaging and use reputable transport vendors, we are unable to provide insurance or refund options to damage in transit. Only in circumstances of defective or faulty products through production are Coco Rose Interiors able to accept refund claims. Coco Rose Interiors reserves the right to provide repairs, replacement or store credit in place of defective products, prior to refund. PRE-PURCHASE SOLD OUT STOCK
Any products that are marked as ‘sold out’ are still available for pre-purchase through our online store. Simply click the pre-purchase button and follow the prompts as if it were a regular purchase. Please note these items are not currently in stock in Australia and will be ordered with our suppliers immediately to reduce wait time.
Our customers understand that Coco Rose Interiors import their products and in order to maintain our highest standards of quality and avoid passing on further shipment costs, Coco Rose Interiors will at times need to include your order in the business’ next container shipment. The predicted timeframe of the next shipment will be indicated at purchase, however is given as a guide only and may vary. Where delivery is predicted to extend beyond the predicted delivery time, Coco Rose Interiors will contact the customer to notify them of such occurrences.
Although Coco Rose Interiors endeavours to have your product delivered meeting shortest possible timeframes, we can not be held responsible for delays in your product shipment if the product is pre-ordered as you may be subject to third party circumstances out of our control including but not limited to extreme weather events and holiday periods within our suppliers’ region.
